XJS, XJ6 and XJ12 six pot caliper for 15″ wheels

If you are looking for improved braking on your Jaguar XJS or late model XJ6 or XJ12 but don’t want to change your wheels to accommodate our Big Brake Kit we now have the answer.

Following requests from customers we have developed a special version of our ExCel six pot caliper which will fit comfortably inside the 15″ wheels fitted as standard to the XJS, XJ6 and XJ12. It doesn’t matter if you have steel or alloy wheels or which design of wheel is fitted.

The caliper has been shaped to clear all the standard wheels without compromising its outstanding braking.  The hydraulics, piston arrangement and brake pad are all carried over from our very popular ExCel caliper from our renowned Big Brake kits which means you get the same improvement in pedal feel and reduction in unsprung weight.

The new caliper has been created to work with standard size 284 x 24mm brake discs and we can supply uprated dimpled and slotted versions of these if required.

As with all our kits, there is no permanent modification required to install the calipers and it works perfectly with your existing master cylinder and rear brakes.
